Centrally located in the heart of Wynwood, close to the best restaurants, bars, and art scene. The spacious apartment had a cool balcony with rocking chairs overlooking the street. I highly recommend this hotel for a true local experience in Miami.

Honest stuff.

We loved the stay, will be back. Staff were always amiable and honest. It was marvellous to the fairs. In fact, the property was near Miami, Wynwood and Miami airport.

Spacious Balconies

On my recent stay at this hotel, I was pleasantly surprised by the spacious balconies. They were like expansive party venues, perfect for throwing a cocktail soiree or hosting a lively event. The generous 8' deep balconies made me feel like I was floating in the sky, enjoying the Miami skyline with the wind in my hair. It was truly a unique and unforgettable experience.

Odd Parking

Great location for Wynwood Walls, spacious, clean room, comfortable bed, fully equipped kitchen for short stay. Free parking, huge balcony with rocking chairs, rooftop pool, helpful security guard. Family-friendly, convenient for exploring arty area with good food and coffee.

Stunning and prime location with everything at the door, it was adjacent to Wynwood and Miami and yummy restaurants. Staff was accommodating and honest.

Mind-blowing wifi, convenient parking, SUPER accommodating staff. Big room with airy feel, cooking facilities and shops nearby. In the craft beer and restaurant district, jaw-dropping experience!

Real Living Hotel Residence was excellent value for money, with a spacious and well-equipped room, including a comfortable bed and pillows. The location was optimal, with easy access to major highways and a great shopping and dining area nearby. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the large balcony with rocking chairs offered great views of the city.

The breakfast menu could use some improvement, perhaps by offering a wider variety of options.

As women traveling alone, we felt completely safe and secure at this hotel. The spacious suite had a great view and a big balcony, perfect for enjoying the Miami skyline. The bed was incredibly comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The pool facilities were stunning, offering a relaxing and enjoyable experience. The hotel's location in the heart of Wynwood provided easy access to art installations, bars, and restaurants, making it convenient to explore the vibrant surroundings.

From start to finish - an amazing experience for a business trip. The staff was helpful and we met the owner. It had a magnificent setting close enough to the Wynwood galleries and the " tourist district and bars.

The rooms at this place have a large fridge, balcony, and all the necessary amenities, and the staff is friendly and the apartment has a lovely interior.
